The Bowls Bedfordshire President Mr Rod Garrett wishes to take his County Men’s Tour to

Worcester from Monday 12th to Friday 16th September 2022 and asks that you support him and come and enjoy another excellent Tour with the County with excellent games and fixtures.


Accommodation has been provisionally booked at the Worcester White House Hotel, Foregate Street, Worcester, WR1,1EA, Tel. No. 01905 24308, recommended by the local contact and looks very good right in the middle of the City Centre. Those wishing to have a serious drink will be disturbed by the fact that you have a full 3-minute walk to the local Wetherspoons The Crown. Creswell Coaches of Evesham will be looking after us during our Tour,


The following games have been arranged : -


Monday 12th St Dunstans, a local club not far from the Hotel


Tuesday 13th Worcester County cannot field a full men’s side due to other County Games that week so will be including County Ladies the game being held in the delightful village of Broadway.


Wednesday 14th Herefordshire at Ross on Wye


Thursday 15th Gloucester at Tewkesbury


Friday 16th Warwickshire at Rugby, this will be 11am start and played in Grey’s all other games a 2pm start played in Whites.


We feel the tour is going to be oversubscribed again and therefore early application essential as we will allocate on a first come first served basis.


DUE TO RISING HOTEL COSTS IMPERATIVE WE GET AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE TO SHARE ROOMS


We require you to complete the attached proforma and return to me ASAP together with the

deposit of £100.00p per person. Cheques payable to BEDS CBA TOUR


Again, we hope to keep the cost of the Tour at or near the £350.00p mark.
