Competition Results Reporting

I would just like to send a gentle reminder to all entrants into county competitions about reporting results as a few bad practices are creeping into the process and as we come into competitions that have a fixed play on date, receiving match information is essential to the smooth process of updating and managing these competitions.

1. ALL results need to be communicated to the Competitions Secretary by 10pm on the day of the competition.

2. If you cannot make the tie, fill in the competition report form and issue a walkover to your opponent.

3. if you cannot make a match on a play on date, please let your opponent know, as they will be waiting for you to turn up.

4. When filling in the Competition Report Form christian and surname are needed not just a christian name as these names are needed to progress the competition information especially to Quarter Finals and Leamington.

5. It is the winners of the round who MUST submit the result 

6. The winners of the tie must keep the scorecards should there be any query.
